The Intern will work within our Middle East & Africa Team and be responsible for assisting in executive search for hospitality positions in the industry. Primary responsibilities will include research and outreach to possible candidates, network mapping in relevant regions, and presentation of candidates. In addition to this, interns would support the research team as per their requirements with executive search mandates and consulting projects as they arise. The role would provide in-depth exposure to those interested in Recruiting, Executive Search, or the Hospitality Industry. Interns would be searching for candidates to fill senior positions in some of the most prominent Hospitality firms in the world.  The internship offers a comprehensive perspective of the executive search process, providing insights into aligning client expectations with candidate potential to ensure the perfect fit for both sides. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and research skills, and a strong desire to learn.
